Zestar, Crimson Crisp, Elstar, Sonata and Valstar were the stars of our apple tasting this year, thanks to Kiyokawa Family Orchards and Food Front. Not only did our kids get to try apples they may never have heard of before, but Food Front will generously donate all proceeds from 3 lb bags of apples purchased at the NW Thurman location to our school.
