Chapman’s annual auction, the school’s biggest fundraiser of the year, is right around the corner. On Saturday March 10th, we will be transported to NOLA to celebrate Mardi Gras swift style. It takes a lot of manpower to put on a successful auction & gala…WE NEED YOUR HELP!
The most pressing need is recruiting a procurement team that can reach out to friends, family, local businesses etc. for donations. The silent auction is comprised of goods and services donated by our generous community. Please consider helping out with this important task!
Procurement co-chairs are Janel Hansen (firstname.lastname@example.org) and Brenda Olbeter (email@example.com). We will have an introductory meeting before holiday break in order to hit the pavement running early Jan. Feel free to contact Janel or Brenda with any questions.
If procurement is not up your alley but you would like to help out with other aspects of the auction please sign up to volunteer and we will find a role for you.
With the help of dedicated parents and friends we will have another successful auction that helps fund classroom support, staffing positions and core programs — P.E., music, library, technology — that benefits every child.
