Chapman Elementary School is a community who really care for each other and that caring has only increased now during the Covid crisis. Below are two outreach programs sponsored by the Chapman PTA and Friendly House to make sure families have enough food and to give gifts to children during the holidays.
PTA Outreach Support for Chapman Students and Families
The PTA is working with the Chapman counselors to help provide grocery gift cards for Chapman families in need this Thanksgiving and winter break. However PTA funds designated for this effort are limited. If your family is able to contribute to helping other Chapman families this holiday season, please donate at the site created specifically for Thanksgiving & winter break donations. DONATE >>
If your family needs support, please fill out this form. The information collected on this form will only be used by the Chapman school counselors to support Chapman students and their families. We cannot guarantee the delivery of gift cards or toys but we will do our best to obtain them. We strive to preserve the dignity and respect of all Chapman families and will keep the information confidential. Please reach out to myself and Shoshana if there is anything we can support you with either material things or emotional support. We are here for you. OUTREACH FORM >>
