Come run, jump and throw with us! Some of the events that we do: Short sprints, hurdles, turbo jav, long jump, distance endurance, discus, etc. We coach athletes the proper warm up, cool down, pacing, safety/etiquette/being a good teammate, drills, plyometrics, as well as play games that encourage movements. First time runners welcomed!!
